What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is charged — there's no card on file. Your data stays put, and you pick a plan whenever you're ready.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Not to start, not during the 14 days. You add one only when you choose a plan.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly or annual, cancel anytime from Settings. Your data stays yours: export everything to Excel, download your files, or delete the account whenever you like.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime, from Settings — up or down, monthly or annual. You see exactly what changes before you confirm.
What counts as an active project?
Builder includes three at a time. Archive a finished job and it becomes read-only, stops counting, and comes back when you need it. Pro is unlimited.
Do my clients, lenders, or partners pay?
No. Clients and lenders open a link — no account. Partners (a co-builder, your architect, a lender who wants more) get a full login under your plan. Only the project owner subscribes.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — the same checkout on your phone and at your desk.
Can I cancel an annual plan?
Yes, anytime. It stays active through the period you paid for, then stops — monthly works the same way. There's no refund for the unused part of a period, which is what monthly is for.
